Transformed My Life!

At 46 years old, standing 5'7" and weighing 237 pounds, I never would’ve believed it if someone had told me I’d be hiking the Sugarloaf Mountain Trail in Boulder just six months later. But guess what? I did that yesterday!

When my husband and I were younger, we dreamed of moving to Boulder. We’ve always loved the great outdoors and imagined living so close to hiking trails that we could explore them every weekend!

But I foiled our plans.

After all, I’ve given birth to three beautiful children, and each one added about 20 pounds to my overall size. With every birth, I felt heavier and more exhausted.

Looking in the mirror made me feel nothing but disgust and shame.

It didn’t help that I’ve always loved delicious food. And let’s be honest, when you’re 46 years old, eating healthy isn’t always a top priority.

My grandchildren didn’t want me to play with them because they knew I couldn’t keep up, and it just wasn’t fun for them.

My friends stopped inviting me to do anything fun because I couldn’t even walk 20 steps without panting.

My husband started hiking alone because he’d end up needing other hikers’ help to get me back home.

The worst part was seeing it in his eyes when he looked at me. I knew he loved me, but I no longer looked like the woman he fell in love with. And honestly, I couldn’t blame him.

One day, everything changed...

While sitting on a park bench, a friend called and told me she had dropped three dress sizes just by doing a "6-Second Morning Ritual" every day. I was skeptical, of course!

In that moment, I knew this was for me.

The crazy part is that I ate whatever I wanted and still lost fat, all thanks to this "6-Second Morning Ritual."

I no longer feel like the person who sits on the sidelines, watching life pass her by.

Enjoying the outdoors is my new favorite activity. When I do decide to stay home, it's because I want to spend quality time with my husband...

Today, I am not just lighter but also healthier, happier, and more motivated than ever.
